Styx River Specialties, LLC is your quality manufacturer and distributor of custom outdoor products.  Founded in June of 2002, the manufacturing business is nothing new to the staff of Styx River who have been manufacturing quality products for over 15 years under the Pro-Tex Headwear name.

Why the name "Styx River?"  As avid outdoorsmen with years of experience in the field, the company name is actually the name of a river in Alabama where one of our founders fished as a young boy.
